Return Policy: - Customers can return products purchased from the store if they are unused and in their original condition. - Return requests are accepted within 3 days from the date the customer receives the product. - The value of the returned product will be refunded through the same original payment method used by the customer. - If the order has been processed and a delivery slip has been issued, the order cannot be canceled until the customer receives the order. 3. Procedures for Exchange and Return: - Customers must contact customer service to coordinate and arrange the exchange or return process. - The exchanged or returned products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and original packaging. - The customer bears the cost of shipping, 28 riyals outbound and 28 riyals return, for the exchange or return, unless the reason is due to a mistake by the store.
